Enforcer sculpted for game called Confrontation.
Hoping to finish a squad of three eventually.
Long time since I have attempted a full sculpt. Tried to go for little sleeker and simplified look this time. Did OK, Happy with the legs but everything else seems to be not that great ;) well.. better try harder next time then =)
Was fun though...
After these I would love to sculpt something manly and ugly!... so much easier you know ;)
ReplyDeleteKicks the crap out of anything I've ever sculpted! Nice work.
ReplyDeleteJust add some details on a torso and it would be great. (is it made from pro create?)
ReplyDeleteThanks guys!
ReplyDeleteYup foliescu, it is ProCreate =)
Very, very nice.
ReplyDeleteLooks a bit chaotic at the mo, but I guess there's some imperial regalia in the works?
This is brilliant , you are such a great sculptor!
ReplyDeleteIt captures the classic 80s sci fi elements of confrontation along with a utilitarian baroque really well. But then updates both with your distinct flair.
Thanks Neil!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to think that one could also see hints from Steve Buddle's pre-GW miniatures in this one. Steve's a great sculptor and I have always liked his style very much.
Jeff - I try to sculpt the rest of her squad members first and then see, if they need those extra symbols =)
If that's "not that great".....!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work.
Very nice miniature, do you refer to the ancient GW game when you say Confrontation?
ReplyDelete"Onwards unto Victory!" suggests itself as a good caption. :-)
ReplyDeleteConfrontation? As in that Necromunda predecessor?
ReplyDeleteYes, I do mean that ancient Necromunda predecessor called Confrontation;)
ReplyDeleteOh no, there will be other bloggers too;)
ReplyDeleteBut this is going to be very cool!, especially considering the rumours GW might revive some sort of Necromunda/Inquisitor game.
